This is Personal

Posted by Jonathan Keener on Tuesday, August 5, 2014, In : Christian Suffering

Have you ever heard someone say, “this isn't personal, just business!”?  This they say after they just robbed you blind.

Honor. Money. Promotion. All come from the Lord, but we live in a fallen world and a fallen church.  Does the fact that unscrupulous business people use this oft quoted moniker really bring you any comfort after you been cheated by their wicked schemes?  In turn, do these words really salve their guilty conscience?  Do these words in any way absolutize them of wrong doin...

Your Adversity - Why me?

Your Day of Adversity

I believe that “adversity” and trouble are G-d's remedy for a sin sick soul.  Adversity trains us in righteousness.  Adversity is G-d's weapon to chasten the natural man (the flesh) that is still trying to rest control of our  walk with His Son.

Adversity makes us look up and moves us to cry out to heaven for guidance.  A cry for His wisdom comes from the heavens – the very heights of glory -- and changes us on the inside and it changes our circumstances.

Why all the delays?

Posted by Jonathan Keener on Friday, September 3, 2010, In : Christian Suffering
Open letter to tired and weary sojourners on their way to a city who builder and maker is G-d.

Dear fellow born again believer in Yeshua, if you today sense that your life is on hold, you are not alone.  Our family of nine people has been waiting and waiting for the Lord G-d Almighty to show us His way.  We are very tired and alone. We are looking to the only resource, the only power, and the only comfort that we need....  G-d the Father and the sweet and loving ministry of His Son through the...

You're Serious - A Cave!

Posted by Jonathan Keener on Saturday, June 26, 2010, In : Christian Suffering

If you have ever been in a cave, you will quickly realize that cave living in no way resembles living in typical comforts afforded most of modern day americans.  Caves smell bad.  Caves are in distant and remote areas. Caves have scary creatures dwelling next to you.  Caves are designed to hide us in times of distress.

But caves also represent a place of fulfilling the purposes of God in our life.  So then, caves become the womb of "blessed" preparation by becoming the place of birthing men ...

Your Day of Adversity - In this we unite

Posted by Jonathan Keener on Sunday, January 24, 2010, In : Christian Suffering

I believe that “adversity” and trouble are G-d's remedy for a sin sick soul.  Adversity trains us in righteousness.  Adversity is G-d's weapon to chasten the natural man still trying to wrest control of our spiritually fervent walk with His Son.  Adversity makes us look up and moves us to cry out to heaven for guidance.  Obedience to G-d's adversity, illuminates His light within us so we shine brighter and brighter.   Without adversity we will not become the soldiers that we must be in or...

Adversity - Are You Ready?

Posted by Jonathan Keener on Sunday, January 24, 2010, In : Christian Suffering

In Psalm 91:14-16 we have a beautiful account of God's faithfulness to protect a saint and lover of His Being that has made the Lord of Heaven is love and refuge.  The Lord, even at the latest hour is able to save those who have put their trust in Him.  Let's read the words of these verses with great care, “Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My Name.  He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him...

Suffering as a Christian

Posted by Jonathan Keener on Saturday, January 23, 2010, In : Christian Suffering

Today I would like to draw a clear distinction between suffering for Christ and suffering as a sinful human.  To suffer as a christian, is to suffer in the way of the cross, as you faithfully follow Christ's leading in your life.

All true believers who have taken up their cross and followed the Savior of their souls, will be led into the valley of the shadow of death. From the perspective of the Word, the Father desires for all of His children is for them to imitate Our Lord by walking with...

Kingdom Support Services

Jonathan Keener - Overseer Our call is to be true "christ" ians. Those little christ's who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. Who spread God's fame by proclaiming His message of reconciliation to our world. Playing our part in the epic work of the regathering of the Body of Christ in the Last Days. livinlattes@gmail.com

Where are the prophets?

The calling on my life is to walk in a path similar to those called as messengers of God's revelation to their generation. This would in no way conflict with the work of prophets who wrote the scriptures. The work of the modern day prophet brings his audience back to the written Word.

This job or assignment is not typically for the pulpit, many times this call leads men and women to connect one on one with pastors, business leaders, divinely selected individuals, and in public forums which the Lord opens to proclaim His message of Reconciliation

Scattered Israel to be regathered

Jer. 31:10

"Hear the Word of the Lord, O you nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say: He who scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd does his flock."

Reader, in touching on this point, I would not have you for a moment suppose that the future gathering of Israel depends on anything that man can do. God's counsels and purposes are independent of human strength. The sun will set tonight at its appointed hour, and neither Queen, Lords, nor Commons, Pope, President, nor Emperors — can hasten, prevent, or put off its setting. The tides of the sea will ebb and flow this week in their regular course, and no scientific decree nor engineering skill can interfere with their motion.

And just in like manner, the promises of God concerning Israel will all be fulfilled in due season, whether we will hear, or whether we will forbear.
